And what are the consequences and dilemmas we face now?<br><p>On January 19th 2024 at 11.00 A.M. (CET) the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR) at the Oslo Metropolitan University, with their partner universities, invite you to the launch of our report: “Governance and policy changes during times of high influxes of protection seekers”.</p><h2>This is the first report of its kind in Europe</h2><p>The report compares the responses of eight European countries - Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the UK, Germany, Austria, and Poland - to the high influxes of protection seekers in 2015-2016 and in 2022-2023.
